will i lose weight by doing this workout?
i have not been exercising much lately. but today i started by doing a 4 mile run and then coming back and doing 50 press ups and 100 sit ups. i also did some squats to help build quad muscle up. i do eat healthy and eat pasta and fish fingers for lunch. then for dinner i have brown rice or sometimes chips with bacon or chicken slices
